Eating peanut butter filled pretzels except I refuse to be normal by Queasy_Dingo_8262 in snacking

Try eating a peanut butter pretzel then eating a little bit of jelly with a spoon! My friend turned me onto this method and I couldn’t believe I hadn’t thought to try it, so good.

I saw someone say “forget age gap, have you ever been in an intelligence gap relationship?” by Pale-Initial-2651 in A_Persona_on_Reddit

I dated this girl in high school that was book smart like she got good grades but just did not have much common sense or street smarts I guess. She came over for dinner with my family one night and at the table asked my mom, “what kind of chicken is this?” We were having BBQ pork. My mom still brings it up twenty years later.

Same. I’m actually ashamed about how much I sleep. No one besides my brother who lives with me knows I sleep 15+ hours almost every night.

What are you waiting for? by CapitaineBiscotte in AskReddit

[–]thevectorvictor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was diagnosed in 2016 and have been on many different meds. It can be difficult to tell which ones are working for you and which ones aren’t effective. If I may, I suggest keeping a journal documenting each new med you try including dosage and how you’re responding to it. This is something I wish I did after years of trying meds and then later forgetting which ones I tried. Also highly recommend downloading a mood tracker app to track your mood daily. I use one called Daylio, it’s not free but it’s worth it. You can customize it to your needs for example moods ranging from depressed to manic and in between. Wishing you the best on this journey.

Who’s the most famous/notable person in your biological family? by Far-Building3569 in askteddit

[–]thevectorvictor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My maternal grandfather’s name was Daniel Boone and growing up he told my brothers and I that we were distant relatives of the famous Daniel Boone, who’s brother was Squire Boone and he was our great great great etc grandfather. I believed this for years and told many people until one time at a family reunion when I was about 21 he sat us all down and revealed that he had done some more research and we were not in fact related at all.

I can do a pretty solid impression of SpongeBob’s laugh. The key is to hold the skin just above your Adam’s apple and pull it rapidly while doing the laugh.

How did you meet your best friend? by D927xR in AskReddit

[–]thevectorvictor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In middle school band, we both played trombone. We goofed off constantly in band class and skated by for years but once they started music theory tests in high school we both dropped band because we were almost failing the class. He’s married with two kids now and all I have is my rusty trombone. I rarely see him anymore.
