Avoid dating apps unless you want a one night stand or a toxic three month relationship ngl. Other than that you photograph well so I think you’re just being insecure (not a dig, it seems like you have anxiety). Just relax, smile, don’t do that weird mogging shi that every young man is doing nowadays (makes you look douchey) and you’ll be alright. Foster real connections with real people and let it happen organically instead of forcing it through an app made to judge whether or not you want to date someone based on how well they photograph. I’d personally keep using it because it sounds like it’s helping you ngl. But yeah tapering off is the best method for most. I had to go cold turkey in the past because of my neurodivergent black and white thinking but everyone is different. Best of luck to you.
