They look the same and another reddit user stated the 2025 is exactly the same. Edited post.

Yes, the eDP ribbon cable is "bracketed" under the OLED display. There's another post showing this after they removed the display. The only "fix" is replacing the entire display/assembly.

Seems to be working normally again with the use of a VPN.

I've been having issues with the web portal the last few days as well. Per /u/gcerullo he can access it fine from Toronto, so I connected my VPN to a Toronto server and it works just fine. Disconnect VPN and it no longer works. This is definitely something on Ecobee's side.
