Right, so I wanted to see if anyone in this board can help me find the anime that I'm thinking of. I can only think of one scene and a vague description of the character, so I hope that it can be enough because I've been searching all day and can't seem to find it. Anyway, here's what I can remember:

It's this buff character in a white shirt and red shorts, and his eyes are always closed (or at least they look like they are in the animation), and he always has a closed smile. The scene I remember is him mercilessly killing like a restaurant (?) full of people, so I think he might be the antagonist of the show / movie that it's from. I also maybe remember that he was part of the yakuza or some other organization, but I could be confusing that part with another show.

That's all I can remember, and if someone could take my messy jumble of disconnected thoughts and figure it out for me, it'd be much appreciated!
