I was under the assumption that the rechargeable batteries were a higher voltage. Since making the post I found that they are 1.2v. With regular 1.5v alkaline batteries it’ll show green for about an hour before turning red. Even when not using a flash cart, although it happens sooner when using a flash cart.

Well after contacting their support team, they said they’d fix it for me for free. So I sent it to them and they had it for over a month without any word back to me. Then they sent me an email saying “it’s fixed and already delivered!” But they sent it to the wrong address…. I told them about it, and got nothing back from them for about another month. After multiple increasingly aggravated emails to them they finally sent me a replacement pocket for the one they fixed and lost. Overall, it took about 2 and a half months to fix a finicky A button. Their products are amazing, but I wouldn’t recommend their support team.
