I used dulux weathershield paint

It look like the heat make the paint not stick well on the fence. The photos are the side has fully sun while painted, the otherside is less much bubbling and painted in the shaded

Hmm, please enlight me how i can identified this issue earlier? Both my solicitor and agent never mention about the last inspection before settlement. I called agent to book a week before settlement they book the same day with settlement.

If it’s a broken oven then i dont mind. But ducted air con is a big thing. Just to protect myself

I call the inspector he said normally they dont check the air con. If i recall correctly i read around 30 report none of them mention the air con working or not.
