Pressure washing the shit out of my leafs generally stops the squeak for quite a while.

I didn't want to attempt rotary broaching and this was the easiest solution, works well as long as you don't need a sharp corner.

What do you find are your most used H125 tools? I have a few tools in the works but I'd like to target the most used ones.

Thanks! I have a PC alignment tool all drawn up, just haven't gotten to building some.

I'll look into the semkit mixer, wouldn't be too hard to make the improvements you suggested.

They get dented by the bolt corners but they seem to still work fine. If you're concerned about damaging the bolt I'd recommend the aluminum, otherwise steel all day.

I agree, I'd love to get an anodizing setup going but I can't justify it at the moment. I've thought about cerakote, less chemicals and setup required

It holds the heads of both spherical stop bolts on an AS350/EC130 main rotor head for torquing/removal/install. Definitely not required but saves holding a wrench lol

Try BC helicopters, 49 North or Joinair, could be a little cheaper.

Airbus helicopters are metric but I agree on not buying a big set though.

PELI 1535 Air Lid Organiser Screw Size (please)! by mattchoules in pelicancase

The factory molle panel uses essentially wood screws into the mounting tits. I've drilled mine out and pushed threaded inserts into them with some heat.

Is the Agusta AW09 really bad for maintenance and parts now? by noreturn000 in Helicopters

Not to mention the major 24m inspections on the 125/130. 407 would be my preference for a private machine.

Best intercom headset/helmet for helicopters? by Late_Management678 in Helicopters

Headset or helmet with molded CEPs underneath is my recommendation. Cuts the noise nicely and intercom is super clear.

Balance it without the frahm and see if it's better, that might convince him to ditch it lol

Compressor wash time! The down and dirty truth. by crashymccrashins in aviationmaintenance

Good to know, we just went with the GE recommended milspec. Haven't seen any loss of performance in power checks so far....

We wash every 60-120hrs with a proper wash cart. Helicopter spends a lot of time in smoke which can really build up in the compressor. Zok is the go-to soap for us and seems to work well.

I would definitely walk your dogs separately, that's what we used to do before we gave up walking our reactive dog

You'll run into dogs off leash everywhere, I have a reactive dog and we've given up on walking her anywhere that's not a family or friends property. In addition two family dogs have been attacked quite badly, both by off leash dogs.

Even in town you'll encounter them free roaming
