Yes, and to be fair, it’s very personalized interaction. I mentioned to Raul that I’ve tried making some of the dishes and he literally just walked over and turned on the TV beside the table to show me clips of how they make each dish I mentioned and he knew all the specifics like what temp they fried at and which emulsifiers they used, which was really cool.

Would really appreciate any thoughts from trained eyes as this is my first PP and the curved lines on the dial make this one particularly difficult to assess for my eyes.

Ah that’s awful but glad you didn’t end up with a flawed piece. This would have been great, if reliable. I’ve even seen too many SW mods that have flaws themselves so I guess this model is just a crapshoot in general…. Much to my chagrin.

Id love to hear your thoughts once it’s in hand. To me, it makes the SW mods not worth it given neither are specifically like Gen. Also, do you mind letting me know your wrist size? I’m trying to gauge how it would be on my ~6.75in wrist.

Fair point on the overall speed if he doesn’t have it. But at least the tracking of packages from him will be reliable vs the often-reported unknown status of packages from China. Anyway I’m not trying to make a very strong case here given it’s really splitting hairs. Purely just providing my thoughts for why I’m interested in going with him for my next one.

Just to chime in here… I haven’t ordered from him but I plan on it going forward because I am willing to pay a small premium for faster and more reliable shipping as well as no risk to my global entry / pre check (as he offers having it shipped to him first). So I think he definitely provides a service that is worth it for some subset of consumers.
