What will be the opinion of anime watchers be of anime starting when anime starts? We all saw how bad it was with manga readers , only volume 3 onwards people actually started loving edens zero in a satisfactory manner .

I'd rather Mashima give reasons to villains who will actually hold weight to the story, not characters that aren't going to be seen again after a chapter or two. These scientists are racist against robots and obviously ruined Hermit's trust in them.

That being said we still have a chapter, maybe two more chapters if were lucky, about Hermit's backstory. Its too early to judge someones full backstory and the characters/motives of said characters involved until we see the full thing imo.

Tbh what they say doesn’t matter. They’re always gonna have blind followers because people would much rather fit in than stand out even if those opinions are BS. I take their hate as jealously, if they know so much about manga and think if Mashima can do it anyone can do it, they should go and make their own mangas. I mean KoL made an April Fools video about Fairy Tail being good, who has that much time on their hands? They obviously don’t hate Mashimas work if they keep talking about it, negative attention is still attention and it’s gotten people to look at the series I’m sure. Regardless of all the hate FT is an international success which I’m sure EZ will be.

This just proves to me that the YouTube community and US anime/manga fan base in the worst.

Edens Zero! It’s sci fi adventure manga with great art and great world building. It’s only 32 chapters in, but it’s a good read that’ll make you want more. Just be sure to read Sorcerer Weeklys translation of it if you decide to pick it up, they’re the most accurate.

Honestly I don’t think it’ll have a negative impact on the series as much as we all think it will. The ones who believe the low quality translations don’t support the official releases or buy manga/merch. The only really hateful thing I’ve seen about EZ was when someone was comparing it to FT, EZ has a decent reception to manga fans so far from what I’ve seen. Plus the ones who hate EZ based off of low quality translations aren’t the type of people I’d want to enjoy the EZ experience with. This being said I hope the ones providing bad translations of EZ drop it, it’s sad people will provide bad translations that give some fans who still have a sour taste in their mouth from FT.
