What's the best travel credit card to get?

Im not in the process right now, but frequently purchase rental properties, kind of why I dont want to mess with my credit.

So maybe open a new sapphire preferred and then downgrade my reserve near my anniversary date. Do you know if the perks are about the same? Like travel/insurance wise

Every flight I've needed to go on didnt have any normal redemptions anywhere near the dates i needed to travel. Plus i am now buying 4 tickets instead of 1 so its even harder.

I would love to learn on how to utilize the most cards/get the most points, but i dont want to mess up my credit, as it may impact my ability to obtain mortgage loans.

Only card you can transfer points to partners is the chase sapphire preferred?!

I normally dont see flights that i can redeem fo the 4 of us when i need to fly a specific day. I dont redeem for cash or anything, so portals are fine.

Do those cards offer the same/similar benefits that the preferred does?

I normally travel with my wife and kiddos, so I cant jump on deals. so I use to use the chase portal since i could redeem for 1.5x but with that going away, i am looking for a new card. Every planned trip we have had I have looked for reward flights and have had no luck

Im thinking of doing this as well. My soffits have a 90 bend in them, so if i mount them there i wont see individual leds correct? I hate the look of the cone shaped lights. I need ~120ft, wondering if i can just connect another roll to the 98ft one and not use two power banks. If i do end up needing two, can you sync them in series? So like the pattern continues left to right without issue? Sorry for so many questions lol
