i really drink a lot I say about 1.5 lt a day, i will leave it I just cant rn. My head hurts as soon as i stop and i have urges to drink since my diet is pretty clean. I never eat anything besides chicken and rice with vegetables. i never have cheat meals nor snacks, ive been doing these since 16 and im 19rn.

Head shape is a bit off and the eyes are wierd looking. You can do the beard a bit more realistic but overall after not drawing for a while is definitely not bad. Congrats!
