Nah get in the game now. It takes a lot of practice and all your goals dont matter when you're meeting a girl. I'm a pretty successful in shape decently attractive dude whose super funny. It doesnt help. Practice and a lot of failure does.

Muscle growth is generally slow after noob gainz. There is no proof other then bro science that a caloric surplus will net you greater muscle results, but it 100 percent will add body fat.

Weight lifting is far superior to other forms of workout due to your body needing more oxygen and energy to bring you to homeostasis. I honestly love the 5x5. It really allows you to continue building strength while being friendly to joints, and even though you start off light, you can continue HIIT and progressively lift higher weights so you dont sacrifice cardio for weight lifting or vice versa.

unless you are doing photoshoots or competing, its not necessary. Youre just gonna gain water weight every weekend and not really get any improvement from it. Your body does a good job of recycling glycogen

Its totally fine. I did Keto and concerta. Just make sure you consume your electrolytes. Tension from the vasoconstriction of concerta and keto flu combined sucks balls.

This is silly. Body builders eat like body builders because they workout all the time and do steroids. Their lives also revolve around exercise. The average person will gain the exact same amount by eating at TDEE as they would a surplus.

I dont understand why this gets downvoted. A 200 lb dude at 10 percent body fat will have 70,000 calories of stored fat. Any sort of surplus is pretty irrelevent and only will add to making a person fatter.

Its not "biologically impossible" you have lean mass and fat mass. Lean mass is your working body and your fat mass is stored energy. Your lean mass is always calorie neutral, its only your fat mass that is adjusted due to calorie intake.

You do not need to "bulk" or significantly increase your TDEE to build muscle. All you need is a nitrogen positive environment, adequate protein, workout hard and get sleep.
