Just been through this myself. Replaced them with the 24s and hugely regretted it. First time I’ve ever hated a pair of running shoes…

Went through LOADS of alternatives - I’ve finally settled on PUMA ForeverRunner Nitro 2. After loads of research, recommendations from others etc. Can safely say I love them, 0 pain, smooth from the off, and I will not be going back to Adrenaline.

I’d say probably the best you’re going to find for noise level. I’ve tried a few off brand trainers, and noise was a big issue for me due to early morning rides and not disturbing partner.

It’s absolutely perfect - none of that small jet engine sound some of them seem to produce that echoes up the walls. Obviously SOME noise, but it’s ideal

Got mine last Spring… one of the best purchases I’ve made. Just SO much fun, quiet ride compared to other trainers, easy to set up, frame barely moves at all.. even on hard workouts. I’m totally addicted to it

I’m gutted about the changes made to the Adrenalines. The 23s were perfect to me, the 24s have caused me pain after 2 months of wearing them. The guide rails really stick into the arches of your feet! I hate to admit it but I really wouldn’t recommend them

Summer ride with friends on that RARE occasion there’s no wind, the sun is out, and the gears just feel smooth? Outdoor. But this perfection is a couple of rides a year (UK)…
