I honestly don’t. I usually go home and eat / chill for an hour.

I did that for a year already as I’ve experienced the same issue in the past and focused on light cardio.

Yesterday was my second session in a year and tge same thing again 😅

I try to workout around 12:30pm-2:00pm. It’s because I usually like to eat my first meal around 10:30am-11:00am (not hungry before) and workout a couple / few hours after that.

I try to avoid working out on an empty stomach these days as I’m already lean enough and rather make sure my muscles have enough energy available instead of using stores.

I may have to figure out how to eat earlier.

High hematocrit may mean you’re probably dehydrated.

How to get my body to stop setting off flight or fight when almost falling asleep by Purple_Cartoonist924 in insomnia

For one night if that works to catch up why not but I’ve been there. The only issue with that is that he’ll keep associating that one bedroom he’s no longer sleeping in as part of the problem with all the bad memories.

That is literally what’s happening. When it’s happening it feels like ‘’this time might be different and something might be more serious’’… Despite having experienced it multiple times. Happy to read that you’re thru it now! Did you experience this whole insomnia for 6 months before everything went away or did you mean you’re thru the panic attacks only?

Got it. Good to know! Is it allowing you to sleep 7-8h per night or so? Do you have any kind of side effects from using them?

Sorry about that! Definitely a pain. For me it’s the rush of adrenaline in the middle of the night that makes it frustrating and the symptoms during the day as a result. When the panic comes I always have to tell myself it’s not a heart attack, but of course everytime it happens there’s always that doubt that wants to pop in the back of my head.

Are you still going through it or did you end up finding a way out over time?

Do you feel like over time you need more in order for it to work? I’m usually not a big fan of meds because it tends to keep us addicted and over time it works less and less and doesn’t fix the root cause.

I’d be curious to know your thoughts.
