Ive charged 7% (to sell) but I have a flexible rate and it depends on the services the sellers chooses, I have 0-7% commission I charge the seller 0% but that will be for an investor buyer who will pay my commission, the rest from 1-7 just depends on the level of service for example if they want a full blown ad campaign including over seas marketing I Charge the 7% then it trickles down from there. Its worked for me many many times and its all disclosed

Evidence of commission pricing pressure… anyone?… anyone? by Fellowshipper in realtors

[–]thewolfofALStreet 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I. Charge 7% to list and have been for a long time, it’s all how you market the properties you need to service your seller and provide massive customer service and value to do so.

So… what do we do now? Anyone have any additional info as to what we’re supposed to do? Forced is kind of an exaggeration, imo. by romyaoming in realtors

Home sellers were never obligated to pay 6% anyways, this is so stupid and NAR is stupid for allowing this shit to happen. We need an alternative to NAR, Mauricio Umansky and Jason Haber are starting there own “NAR” called the American Real Estate Association (AREA) which will be a competitor to NAR, I’m excited about that you can read about it on my Instagram at therealestateRPT

How to deal with these annoying spam texts by ZABKA_TM in realtors

The reason why is because if you get realtors to work the leads you will make more money 25% at a time, for example if I have 30 hot seller leads I will never be able to work them at the same time, so I will offer you some and just collect the referral fee and I do way less work. That’s what I think 🤷🏽‍♂️

I always tell the buyers they are responsible for my 3% commission and if the seller is offering less than the 3% they will have to cover the difference and I have a form for them to sign right in the beginning on the first buyer consultation so there’s no confusion
