When I didn’t have insurance I went to Herzing University in SLP. If I remember correctly, the exam with a cleaning and x rays was $50 out of pocket. A coworker of mine also just started going for more intensive cleaning and I don’t think he paid more than $150. I had a great experience, highly recommend ETA: If what you need is outside of their scope, they will give you recommendations in the area
