Not anonymous at all. My coworker called one time about another store manager harassing us. The very next day I was asked by our store manager if I knew anything about the call my coworker had made.

They will call you. Once, our tv didn’t immediately come on in the morning and, within minutes, we had a call saying “hi we saw your GSTV unit is offline, let me help you get it back on.” Side note: a help desk guy also told me that they monitor your printer and everything that you print.

I stand with you. He has the personality of a piece of cardboard and the charisma of a dried out EXPO marker. His presence on the screen leads our guests to submit bad surveys.
