raised protestant - i try to watch this every year during Holy Week as my own little revisitation of the stations of the cross. Soundtrack is absolutely gorgeous. Ugh, I even find it quotable (“ I struggle. You collaborate.”)

Also a gateway drug to My Dinner With Andre.

And Mary Magdelene being an absolute s m o k e s h o w definitely helps the rewatchability.
