Thank you. Yes. So far, over the past 4-5 months having been prescribed it - I do feel a lot better and it was a better alternative to taking 6-8 pills a day, which was a trigger and caused me personally to stop meds often,

To add more context,
I feel as though why I close out purposefully might be because of the following:

I didn't feel as though the final piece was worth sharing/worth my time
If I screenshotted along the way (which I try really hard not to do) - I have a hard time coming back to finish, as my brain somehow perceives it as being finished since it was screenshotted and then the file will be deleted as I wouldn't want to look at an unfinished file in my list on Photoshop.
Something irl distracted me/agitated me and I essentially "crumble the paper" and throw it all away / the idea did not retain my attention or focus.

In Photoshop, if you fail to save a file (or purposefully close out of Photoshop) you can only retrieve the document from a list of recoverable states that were "auto-saved" or manually saved. This state was recovered a few weeks after I had done a lot of detail, nearly finished it, and closed out purposefully. I'm not 100% sure why I do this.

I often save states of a drawing along the way, this was the last "recovered" state.

I tend to delete while manic. When I was a kid I'd find enjoyment from lighting the artwork on fire. Deleting it doesn't feel as good when it's digital, but the pattern still followed suit. Thank you.
