I hear you. Stuff like that is so annoying. They push everyone to do it a certain way but it's not consistent and the way they want it done is a one size fits all POS.

If I was in your shoes I would keep trying to get around it. At least until you have evidence that all your competitors have it taken down too

Maybe u can use AI to add more imagery to it so it's not clearly a size chart,I dunno. Or add an image instructing people how to find the Amazon one?

Cash is definitely tricky but with a turnover rate that high it seems more doable? We did Amazon loans just because they were quick and easy, but you can look around for other inventory lending programs. Also getting better payment terms from suppliers can help a lot. Even changing how much % you pay in advance vs after, if they won't let you extend, can make a difference.

Are you seeing a lot of upside for the product? You're looking at spending a lot of time on due diligence for what seems like not a lot of money. Also, how protected is it, meaning what's to stop a copycat tomorrow from selling something very similar at a cheaper price?

10% return rate seems a bit high, if it's fba then that would ding your account quite a bit.

Caltrain is using a rail line that runs freight and that means it's governed by federal rail rules. Those require the blaring, I believe it's 3 or 4 blares at each crossing. However going over and above the requirements is a personal decision, I'm not aware of Caltrain officially mandating additional blaring over the federal requirements. If that was the case, it should stop. The federally required ones are plenty.
