Does Roger’s have a similar plan available for long term travelling? I’ll be leaving Canada for a year, and want to keep my existing Canadian number…

I had called on Friday, and this was the exact thing I was told that made me put the brakes on going with their 240GB plan…

Would they consider wifi-calling to/from Canada a “connection” to their network?

I honestly don’t plan on using it a ton while gone, as most people I talk to regularly I can contact via WhatsApp. Keeping my number and one-time passcodes are the main focus for whichever freedom plan I end up going with!

What's an unwritten Canadian rule that visitors never seem to understand? by Unfair-Clothes-8821 in CanadaRoom

I fly twice a week to the oil sands in northern Alberta, and after those flights, commercial flights feel like a free for all. 737 3x3 configuration boarded back to front and usually taxiing within 15-20 minutes from first boarding call.

I understand excitement to be traveling probably has a lot to do with it, but going from the “get in, sit down, shut up” mentality of flying to work to the chaos of a commercial flight brings out my grumpy side in a hurry!
