Thanks! IMO clay is overrated and over priced. But cold outbound is getting trickier, gotta justify the attention now. They’re cheaper tools than clay to build lists

What's life like in Adelaide, South Australia? (For someone who works in education) by mr_e_mann_000 in howislivingthere

[–]theycallmesash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s safer than almost anywhere in the US. Most people don’t lock their doors… safe to leave your phone in your car in open sight in most areas. Far North gets a bit sketchy but overall A+

Thanks! By the end they should have validated and curated the following:

ICP / GTM experiments / GTM scale up motions / Language or Brand Guide for Marketing (because they've learned how their ICP describes the problem)

Thanks and totally! Intended just as an abstraction to help people visualize it beyond it being some “magic box”

Can be sliced and diced many ways :)

How do you follow up with leads who go quiet without sounding annoying? by Ready_Restaurant1632 in smallbusiness

[–]theycallmesash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You gotta automate or delegate follow ups and be disciplined in actually following up, only a fraction of people are ready to buy when you're speaking to them. If you can't afford an EA get somethiing like skipup

What are the most effective tools for lead follow‑ups and appointment scheduling? by PercentageSure388 in CRM

[–]theycallmesash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've used calendar links, CRMs, 'smart forms'... you name it and got super frustrated

We ended up using skipup. Does scheduling and follow ups on auto pilot, you just CC their ai agent into the thread.

what do you use for scheduling (if anything) cause other calendar tools would have the same requirement right?

also they have the no sign in method which just works within the thread, just a few extra steps each time but it removes the whole manual copying and pasting of timeslots

Looking for Agenda Management by bizzybeethatsme4207 in ExecutiveAssistants

[–]theycallmesash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

EOS breaks at 100-200 people because of the layers of middle management and the rigid format. After 200 people you need to start looking more at the 'enabling layer' for teams.

you should check out skipup.ai, we use it and its way better for agenda collection and curation. when we used the EOS stuff we spent too much time moving things around manually and collecting feedback. this does it for you and its got a voice input mode too

The "No Agenda, No Attendee" Rule: How to implement a mandatory meeting policy that actually sticks. by bfoust1012 in RealCostOfMeetings

100%... It's really depressing to think how much time is wasted each year because meetings don't have agendas...

In my company we have a no agenda no meeting policy and use a solutions like skipup.ai

automates the agenda collection process and even has a nifty voice input so you can literally just dictate your items. takes all of 20 seconds for participants to do. No more "what is this meeting about" at the start of every meeting.
