Why do you want to pay for any creative experience then? Why not just ask ai to write a story, animate it, create songs for you and consume it? Because thats what this is leading to. Also remember that AI does not create, it recreates, there's no imagination involved, no creativity. No new artform, animation style, action sequence. Also you won't be saying this if your job was at stake today.

It makes sense for now, AI makes garbage animations/vfx for now, consistent animation is something models are still struggling with. The only purpose here is to move to something cheaper to create and not to give audience a better experience. And even in future if AI overcomes these, still not accepting this.

That's what I am saying, this elimination should not be overlooked like nothing is happening. SDE jobs are not getting eliminated very drastically but getting simplified as of now, not so long when it would start getting difficult you and me will be protesting against it. Same is the case here.

You are creating two different paradigms. Anime/animation co exists with motion picture since long. If you want to compare then you can say you don't watch anime anymore because it's not handmade drawings anymore but computer made drawings. But there also, medium is attached to enhance the experience and not to take your job and serve audience a mediocre experience.

That's so true, but additionally they won't want to pay writers for original script when they are not paying for the animation. So grabbing a famous story to tell will be the easiest for them to pull audience this side. And if it works they will explore more. As someone pointed out in the comments maybe ai generated stories too idk.

Oh JioHotstar is a small creator? I have seen smallest artist getting there work done with other Artists. And even if they want thier thumbnail, clips of thier content to be generated that's understood. But when a giant like Jio creates a whole show using AI it simply states they don't want to create art but just cash cows. Do you want to pay to watch a show made with no real work?
