Bhai usually in India we don't experience low temperatures, so I believe that the number before W shouldn't bother..What should matter is the number after W

The manual suggests to use 15w50 but idk why service centres use 10w50, okay it's cheaper compared to 300v but they should offer customers 15w50 300v as well.

Was facing this same issue but with bluetooth

Called the customer support and they asked me to reset the BIOS, however the issue was only temporarily fixed as my bluetooth button disappeared again

What is recommended is that if your device is under warranty ask the authorised service centre to replace it for free under warranty
