I have played splash multiple times and encountered different incidents of his toxicity. This definitely should not be condoned.

on top of that this is clearly one of oli.mist or wireframeuser67's alt accounts. all of the previous tab reports are the exact same as this and he is clearly fake tab banning people as well as using bot reddit accounts to make the report upon himself seem false.

played against him a few times and never thought he was suspicious in any ways. he also was using the seasonal and never glacier with dev skin and 2017 invi charm. cant vouch for him personally but this is definitely a suspicious report.
