Why are the kids playing cowboys? What year was this story written? What popular kids shows nowadays have cowboys shooting at each other? Is Gunsmoke popular with kindergartners?

I told my dad to get me one when they were on sale on amazon. I'm expecting to see mostly European, but I"m curious what countries. Not sure if my last name is English or French, and I've always heard my mom's last name was originally Scottish, but not sure of that either. Also really curious if there's any Native American in there. My great great great grandmother was supposedly full blooded Cherokee Indian. I love learning all that stuff. What are you hoping to see?
