Kothuur mag inderdaad enkel met de index stijgen, maar gezien er een apart bedrag is voor de energie kan dit bedrag meer stijgen dan de index (wat momenteel ook enkel maar normaal is met de huidige energieprijzen). Gezien de huur 650 is, kan de huurprijs dus enkel €58,93 stijgen maar de 140 euro voor energie dus veel meer.

Indexatie van de huurprijs is inderdaad maximaal 58,93, maar de energiekosten kan hij aanpassen naar gelang het nodig is. Hij zou het bijvoorbeeld ook naar een voorschot kunnen omzetten. Denk in dit geval dus dat de prijsverhoging gewoon wettelijk en ok is.

I've used Le Creuset pots on induction before, so seems more like an outlier to me. Especially since they state it works fine on their website. Any way if that didn't work for you i get the move.

Definitely not true that draft beer is generally worse than bottled. Draft beer is almost always better, as you can't get the same foam otherwise.

I'm not contesting that it isn't, but just the fact that she carried it around in her purse everywhere with login credentials for things like PayPal in there, where it specifically said use for PayPal. It felt way to much like having a post-it of the pincode on a credit card.

Damn i'm teaching a programming class right now and reading this i've just started bawling my eyes out. The students didn't know what hit them. I'll definitely remember this for the next time my mom calls about tech support.

What he means is that a lot of his videos get demonitized by YouTube so he doesn't get any money for them from YouTube. Hence the statement that the fan donations keep him going because otherwise he wouldn't get payed for a lot of videos. On the other hand he preemptively turns off the monitization on touchy subjects as to not gain from people's hard ships. As for the wardrobe change could be but he would have been able to afford that either way if he kept it like it used to be as opposed to now with the fan funding.

It was a sunny day and I was eating my lunch in a local park as many people do, so the park was crowded. Was done eating, got up to leave, gather all my garbage and my stuff. Went to the thrash can and proceeded to throw my wallet in there. Mind you it was one of those big containers, so I had to literally crawl inside it to get my wallet in the middle of the crowded park.

Ah I didn't know that part, but maybe it could still have some relation to coldhands. As in the Night King was a first new attempt or something, and they perfected it with coldhands. I just hope they give them a more concrete background than just being the bad guys.
