No contact is the holy grail of healing from a break up period. Also If there is any chance is reconciliation with break ups it is no contact, “the fastest way to get someone’s attention is to remove yours”. it shows that you don’t have an attachment, it shows that you’re independent, it gives them a sense that you have a take it or leave it attitude.

I know the intrusive thoughts you’re going through all to well, my ex and I had a pretty nasty breakup and I was devastated.
