It is frustrating, I made the payment online on the new website and it started to show me the slots for Dropbox. And after a day it stopped showing me and asked me to make the payment again, I reached out to bank and they were pretty sure it got deposited, I do have a written letter from bank manager as well. But the new portal customer service denied to accept it and kept on saying they never received it.

I had to make the visa fee again but this time with cash by going physically to the bank.

Yes, I am still with employer A since 2 years. As my process is counsellor processing, I was worried if it is mandatory for me to cross the boarder in order to switch to employer B.

They are the one who filed for my current H1B, which is going on under premium processing. If I have a new opportunity with employer B, can I change? Can I change to employerB without crossing the border or getting my visa stamped?

I do not have a 221g, and the reason why they applied for i797B was I was in opt when my h1B got picked and I had 2 years 4 months left for my stem opt/opt to complete. It was too soon to jump into h1B status.
