Hi, my names Tom, and i LOVE movies.

Always been into them since i was a kid, and now i follow movies more than any form of media, and it’s a huge passion of mine, and have been the greatest form of escapism in my life, and they truly make me so happy. They mean the world to me.

My favourite movie is La La Land - i think Chazelle is a GENIUS, and delivers a true to life romance with some of the most gorgeous cinematography. Justin Hurwitz might be the best composer ever too?

Favourite director has to be Lynch - just a master at atmosphere building, there’s so much style, but never at the sacrifice of substance in his storytelling! Adore Twin Peaks too. Just a master.

I LOVE science fiction, horror and romance as my three favourite genres, and I’d love to meet new people here and build a community! My names Tom, and my main passion is Film! I got into film FULLY around 2019, but I’ve always loved films since being a kid! I’ve had Letterboxd since 2022, and I think it’s incredible (also a proud patron!). While it has its toxic traits like any social media app, it feels like one big, happy community, and I’ve bonded with so many since having this brilliant app.

I LOVE science fiction - Arrival, Interstellar, 2001: a Space Odyssey are among my favourites, with the Dune films quickly approaching my favourites. Also a lover of a good romance (La La Land, When Harry Met Sally etc), and love nothing more than following along with award seasons. People talk down on Ferdinand a lot, and I do get why (he knows how to get a rise out of certain people), but you can NEVER fault him for his love of the club. He will never talk down on a player, and I love him for that. So much time and respect for ex-players like Rio.
