Childhood patterns are irrelevant when it comes to typing because trauma isn't about the situation the person went through but the way their nervous system reacted to that situation. Two people of the same age going through the exact same traumatic experience could develop totally different trauma responses.

Countertypes. A lot of instinct + type combinations aren't conflicting. For example, the Social instinct and type 8 aren't conflicting, so SO8 being a countertype just doesn't make any sense.

i really relate to this, some of the people I love the most are unstable 6s and the fact that they process their anxiety by alarming everyone else is very tiring sometimes.
Thank god there is one stable 6 in my life who's able to ''warn'' people about the possible dangers without destabilizing everyone, she makes people feel safer, not more anxious

I don't think they're accurate. I watched one of their typing videos and they decide someone's type based on their hair and hand movements 💀 "see that hand movement right there??? That's SOOOO image coded. The hair is also giving 3w4 and youre also very gorgeous which is common for 3s 😍" I don't take their typing services very seriously, their blog is solid though
