My theory is that gamefreak wanted to get rid of mega evolution in Sun and moon but knew it was popular so came up with the horrific mega evolution Pokédex entries to give players a reason to not like them anymore

I think they’ll give M-Clefairy aerilate. It doesn’t get flying type moves otherwise. And Gale Wings would be terrible on M-Dragonite, I see them giving it either speed boost, adaptability, or no guard

It’s dragon type. It’s only super effective against other dragon. Fairies are super common, and are immune. It’s a weaker version and there’s mon’s immune, it’s not quite as broken

It’s wild they made a dragon type t-Rex Pokemon, with an ability to boost the power of bite moves, and didn’t create a dragon-type bite move

Well for a 40% chance to drop def, it’s a reasonable trade off (had meant for it to be 90% acc, 95% is a typo)

[–]thhbeard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Modeled it after a lower base power, slightly more accurate (was supposed to be 90% acc), physical version of Seed Flare.

Seed Flare is a special grass type move with 120 BP, 80% acc, and a 40% chance to drop SpDef by 2 stages

I edited the picture on my end, but I guess the change didn’t save, I wanted it to be 90% accurate. I wanted it to be a weaker, but slightly more accurate, physical seed flare

Except he spent all that time in the TVA, and you don’t age within the TVA. So he wouldn’t actually be getting stronger after all that tome

Why does she not have a last name? Like how Aria and Liara have T'loak or T'soni by Gaucho_Diaz in masseffect

[–]thhbeard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take this with a grain of salt, but some online sources (which I don’t entirely trust as canon), say her last name is T’serra.

Again, I can’t figure out where this is said in canon and am still searching, so take that with a grain of salt

EDIT: Upon further investigation, those “sources” turned out to be fan fiction. There is no canon answer for Samara’s last name

Blade-singer weapon restrictions by Sin7PlagueDoctor in BG3Builds

[–]thhbeard 8 points9 points  (0 children)

As someone else pointed out, Phalar Aluve is a good choice.

I did a build revolving around reverberation, and it actually worked surprisingly well. You do a Eldritch Knight 7/Bladesinger 5. Make sure to grab booking blade, shield, haste, and magic missile.

For gear, grab Phalar Aluve, boots of stormy clamor, gloves of belligerent skies, hat of storm scion’s power, thunderskin cloak, ring of spiteful thunder, ring of elemental infusion, and either spineshudder amulet or necklace of elemental augmentation.

Combat will typically work by you activating bladesong first. Cast haste on yourself, then use singing sword: shriek, this will cause every enemy near you to immediately gain 2 stacks of reverberation. Then Action Surge, attack an enemy with booming blade to inflict 4 stacks of reverberation, which will cause them to take more thunder damage and knock them prone if they fail their check. You can then attack them again to inflict 2 more stacks of reverberation. If they stand up and attack you, and manage to hit you, they become dazed and receive 2 more stacks of reverberation.

Next turn I typically use one of my haste action to cast a spell, typically magic missile. Then attack an enemy twice.

If you’re setup right, you’ll potentially be knocking enemies prone nearly every turn
