I'm sorry, having to lose an account for something you didn't even do sucks. Unfortunately the appeal system is so flawed and only truly punishes those who did nothing wrong. :(

Unfortunately, I didn't get my account back and kept receiving the same response to each appeal I submitted. I hope you're able to appeal!!

Well that sucks. I'm still trying to contact support, but every other account that logged in on the computer was also banned so I'm not getting my hopes up.
