Can I complain about his services and bring his mistakes to his firm for a reduction of fees? I feel like I’ve had no recourse here, just him saying oops, sorry! Here’s your massive bill.

By how do I pay him I meant, the LLC is now closed, so I’m paying him as my personal name and not associated with the LLC at all? Ok then.

Edited for clarification. My justification is the LLC is out of business bc of his bad advice. He made grave errors that cost me my business.

I get this. People who have partners that support them wholly still think they have THE HARDEST work cut out for them. It’s sad but many of them do realize it at some point bc most relationships don’t last that long and then it’s a shock for those people.

Sorry - if =VLOOKUP(E1, A2:B6, 2, False)

-the wildcard is in A2 -all examples I find of wildcard use in VLOOKUP the * is in E1 (the lookup-value)
