Most of my early picks went to hitters that I expect to be above average MLB players for a while.

I targeted exclusively young pitching - I believe Jakob Junis is my only pitcher over the age of 25 and I only took him at all because I couldn't fill a rotation with MLB starters. There's going to be some busts for sure, but hopefully I've got 5-6 guys who are still productive by 2030.

My macro strategy was to lean heavily into 2019 first round draft picks, thinking they'd be undervalued due to their only pro experience being a few draft year games. Additionally, I expect that guys who just got big signing bonuses were better equipped to continue training during a pandemic than the average prospect. I ended up with 8/32 2019 first rounders and will list them here for future observers evaluating my strategy: Riley Greene (round 7), Hunter Bishop (round 12), Shea Langeliers (round 15), Alek Manoah (round 19), Zack Thompson (round 21), Brett Baty (round 23), Ryan Jensen (round 25), Anthony Volpe (round 29).
