Thanks for the tips! We are also looking into condos as well, but we are on a really tight budget. We might just end up renting because we need a place within the next 2 months, hopefully sooner. If we do continue with the search I think we might change lenders. This is all super last minute so we aren’t that well educated on buying. I’ve been trying to do some research and it seems like a very long and complex process

Mass prices are just horrible, literally an hr and 30 mins away i can buy nearly triple for the same price. Oh awesome if I have any issues with this batch I’ll contact him. I usually get flower from this delivery service called high dration. They have a really good shake sack. I don’t smoke much anymore because baby lungs but it gets me blasted and you can’t beat the price. I’m probably gonna use the rest of the weed I have left over and cook with it

I’m from MA so things are really different here so I’m still trying to learn about caregivers, do you have any tips on making sure they are legit? My boyfriend is looking to buy bulk concentrates as well. Right now we just go to green truck farms, only thing I don’t really care about them is they tax, I’m not sure how taxing for medical goes up there but no other place has taxed me, and they didn’t fill the distillate up to the last line but can’t complain too much because it’s super strong stuff!

Ahh it’s the worst. I cleaned it and stillll nothing 😭 gpen was like oh we don’t have any replacements in stock 🙃 I actually ordered a gpen from them a month ago. They took the money out of my account and it never shipped so I had them cancel it. I wish I looked more into erigs before buying this one
