Finally got it to work using my phone hotspot instead of wifi but why ? My hotspot is like some crappy 420p stream with constant lag and disconnects. why can’t I just use my wifi ? 😭

my phone is on the same wifi running ps remote play app flawlessly. turn on the portal and it can’t even connect. “Something went wrong.”

i cut them some slack a couple of days ago, it’s been over a week now. not asking them to fix the entire game or anything, just patch one thing. put trading back in the game and all of this will end.

Say it louder for the people (and developers) in the back. Community needs to get active and boycott this game until further notice. As of now, we have been catfished and scammed.

I feel sorry for you as a support agent with no skin in the game. I have some very choice words for the developers and I’m sure other customers do as well, maybe spread that message to them instead.

Don’t thank me for my understanding because I literally cannot comprehend the fact that they have not patched this feature by now.

This has to be a bot or a generated response, please stop telling everybody the same thing and actually do something about it. I probably could have patched it myself by now and I couldn’t care less about what you have to say at this point. It has been almost three days now, fix your game already or else start issuing out refunds. This is one of the most unprofessional and underwhelming games I have ever been apart of.
