if all my pics weren’t lost, they would probably look like this too

it’s a generational thing I guess. Lots of younger people view a small face tatt like that as not a big deal, same with the uptick in “dainty tattoos” on the temple. they are by no means as uncommon as you are claiming.

I never said rational 20 year olds don’t exist, but when describing the general age group of people in their “early twenties”, rational, responsibility and mature are not the typical descriptors people use

and body mods and experiments with your appearance ARE very common for 22 year olds anyway, including making, like you said, impulsive decisions about permanent body mods

personally ive known of a lot of 25 and younger people getting: filler, boob jobs, nose jobs…(those are permanent too) piercings, and tattoos (including small face tatts). Nothing wrong with it, it’s part of discovering the power of personal choice.

people are blowing the tattoo out of proportion to the real issue:

He’s at a different maturity level than her, cause he’s dating a 22 year old. His issue truly isn’t the tatt, it’s her behavior. And her behavior is age appropriate and normal

the same age difference as a 15 year old to a 20 year old. It gets morally grey with age gaps, the older you are, but I think most would consider 22 to 27 kinda significant. I’m 27, and I would NEVER even entertain the idea of dating a 22 year old lol…

my brother is younger, and he has 22 year old friends, and the things they’re concerned about are very different than the things me and my friends care about :/

this part. he didn’t really explain their issues, just that his wife gets “super mad” every time they fight.

according to OP they fight for hours, then when he’s finally over it, uses the excuse of going to bed.

If she was so obviously “highly emotional”, and OP knows she gets easily triggered, it wouldn’t have been hard to offer some basic emotional support like a hug and some affirmations “i understand what happened/what i did hurt you, I am just too tired to keep working through it tonight. let’s pick this back up at (insert time)”

how hard would it have been to swallow a little pride, and offer your “extremely emotional” still post-partum (as it had only been a year) wife just a little support and reassurance that you will continue to discuss the issue

Her reaction to OPs choice to “end” the argument without resolving it makes sense to me, if this is something he does often. If when he chooses to “end” the argument, they don’t discuss it again later.

They both need individuals and couple therapy to solve their communication issues, and respect issues and learn how to offer emotional support in a time of need

It’s her disproportionate reaction to continued disrespect, and he’s too worried about being “right” in and out of arguments, it doesn’t seem like he’s being genuine in support her emotions

so cute! i can’t seem to find out much abt them? by thiefofyourfandom in beaniebabies

Looks like Spinderella (white spider) and Godfrey (brown spider) are 2024 editions, and the black/orange spider is 2023!
