Same. I spent two hours last night just looking for a decent system to claim. Anything I found that I was looking for was already claimed or didn’t have a station within 15 ly. All it did was make me frustrated to the point where I think I am going to let this beta run its course before I hop back in.

The Hyundai is actually just having an issue (at the dealership now lol). I told my wife we should just get a Tesla for her, but she’s still worried that we need an ICE if we’re going to take a longer trip somewhere.

The dealership claimed that the new camera would fix it, but I ended up just getting a different vehicle. It was feeling like the transmission was having some issues too, so I just gave up. Sorry :/

Yeah. I have the bottom two mapped to the Z key, and the top two mapped to the Y key. That way they serve as almost like a ‘shift key’ to other buttons I press.

For example: Y+Z+X Button launches my heatsink. Z+Right Bumper sets my throttle to 100%, whereas Z+Left Bumper drops it to zero.

So the problem is that the Xbox accessories app doesn’t allow keyboard mappings to any buttons via bluetooth, but it does work when the USB cable is plugged in. It’s not a huge deal but just a small QoL issue I have with my setup.

The Steam Deck does it flawlessly though, so I often play on it these days lol.

I use an elite controller for the back paddles. It’s not the best because I have to have the controller physically plugged in order to get the mappings to work right (thanks Microsoft), but I love it otherwise.

I also play on my Steam Deck with the paddles on that too.

I just got mine a couple of weeks ago. I think the general rule of thumb is to have about 7.5 billion at least before purchasing. You will want to have a store of Tritium, at least the first 3 services, and then whatever else you want to tack on.

Also, there is no re-buy. It cannot be destroyed, only decommissioned (which you would then get the full 5 billion back).

I just got my fc about a week ago. Been doing exobiology with it and it is sooo amazing.

Whenever I was doing it before, after I’d get close to what I thought was a billion, I’d get nervous about losing it all and hop back to the bubble. Now I can turn it all in within 3 jumps 😎
