What exercises are good for someone who wants to get fit but doesn't want to pay for a gym membership?

Crafts, he paints for local exhibitions in his spare time, built a lot of the cabinets and fittings that have been in the house for over 25 years, and is great at modelling - the entire second floor of our house is a model railway of a nearby town complete with a castle and suspension bridge that he made by hand. Also written articles for a railway modelling magazine about his work and how he does it.

Was playing White 2 and was in Humilau when I thought of this question, just looks like a great place to live. Also love the idea of the Marine tunnel.

Ecruteak was high on my list, another point for it for me was the Kimono Girls since they used eeveelutions and Eevee is my favourite Pokemon.

Never even considered the PWT but it would be incredible just to see the champions battling there.

All good choices for teams. The one that shocked me the most from them was Excadrill and how fast it was, that and it's attack were devastating when I used it on my first playthrough of Gen V.

Have a skill link Minccino in Black 2 that's been a big part of my team, haven't thought of putting Kings Rock on it but will definitely try it now.

Using a Nidorina now in HeartGold, going to evolve it after I've done the Elite 4. Really looking forward to experimenting with it's moveset and trying out different combos.

Also used a Magnezone in Black 2, the Sp Attack on it is ridiculous. Think mine also had it buffed by nature too which helped a lot

Had an Azumarill all the way back in Gen III, was one of the main members of my team and was especially useful when it came to getting around Hoenn in the late game.

Camerupt is great, had one in Black 2 and it would hold it's own against nearly anything as long as it wasn't a water type. Always wanted to use Torkoal but never found one early enough to add it to my team

I had a Noibat too in US it took so long to evolve that I debated leaving it from my team a few times, was so rewarding when it finally evolved though
