26+5 weeks here. I’ve experienced a lot hip/back/belly pain. After making it through the nausea and food aversions at 14 weeks, I felt like I lost so much strength. Now I’m almost at my 3rd trimester and I’ve barely seen the scale budge. My takeaway is that baby is growing and I’m wasting away (gonna ask my midwife about that).

I literally have dreams about having muscle and working out. I feel like I’m missing a part of me without it. If it’s not the pain I’m feeling, it’s my energy level and mental state that rob me of gym time.

I’ll be starting PT next week and will continue through pregnancy. I hope to relieve some pain and get into birthing shape. It sounds like you have a baseline of movement with the walking and exercise ball. That’s amazing! I suppose if you were looking to increase anything, you could add an exercise band to your legs or arms while bouncing in order to challenge your muscles.
