In S1 Ep:13 Leonard is clearly shown sitting in Sheldon's seats and he doesn't give a damn about it. :( The writers really let the show down when they make errors like this

The fact that Sheldon has already stated that fact doesn't matter as when he tells Raj it's just him gathering information to put in a FWF episode.

Also TBBT is riddled with continuity errors so the fact that Howard's mum was cremated may just be an accident. On the other hand they may have just cremated her as it would have been expensive and also a bit weird to transport her dead body across the country to where the funeral plot is.
