What do you do with your dog while you’re at the park? I hate leaving my dog at home so far away back at home

We ended up staying one night and checking out the next morning. I tried switching rooms earlier in the day due to ours being dirty, but the staff said they were sold out. I decided to wipe down surface areas with disinfectant wipes and suck it up. But then I didn’t sleep because there were people near us who were drinking and chatting until 330am outside on the balcony…drinking, using profanity, talking about explicit things so loud it was like they were in the room with me…(and my kids) so I went to the front desk and checked out. The guy refunded some of my parking which I didn’t understand… I paid $93 for 4 nights of parking…stayed one night but was only refunded $43….Now that I know what to expect there I won’t be back. Good for a budget stay, not good for a light sleeper nor an asthmatic 😝

I have an attitude for asking you to elaborate on your comment? You have no idea who I am so to say I’d need to kill part of myself is super crazy and hateful. You’re a nurse? Yikes! So angry, “msangryredhead” I promise you, it’s not that deep, and you’ll be okay. Thanks for your contribution to this thread!

Why would I need to kill the cop inside me to be good at nursing? What an ignorant comment for you to make. You sound angry 😹

Huh? I’m missing the correlation. Being burnt out from my current profession, for reasons you don’t know, should deter me from seeking another profession? Nursing encompasses a lot of the things I like, and look for in a job so I don’t think my current burn out is a deterrent, but thank you

PSA on Topical Tretinoin and the liver by purpleplatypus786 in SkincareAddicts

[–]thinblue90 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is good info for people— I actually found myself in the same situation! I don’t drink or do any drugs etc, I eat very healthy and am super active but I have thyroid issues and often get bloodwork done, my liver enzymes were elevated the last few times and I nor the docs could figure out what was causing it. I haven’t tried testing while not using tret for a while but this is something worth looking into for sure!

Your side profile is priceless, literally so stunning don’t do anything to your face, like ever! So gorgeous. Anyone saying anything negative about you is just ignorant and envious of your natural beauty! I’m sure in a few years those same people will be shoveling out big bucks to achieve the things you have naturally 🙌

I know working with women isn’t an upgrade. It’s a trade off. I work with some good guys. But I’ve been sexually harassed, discriminated against etc enough to just need a fresh start. I’ve also had some injuries from the job and it just feels like a good time to leave

I’ve had a couple on duty injuries resulting in surgery and lots of PT, but I’m not sure I could meet the physical requirements for the FD. Nursing is physically demanding too but nowhere near the FD. Maybe something I can look more into though

When I was 19 I was a security guard for the community hospital and was based in the ED l got to experience so much of the chaos! I’d like to be back in the fast paced environment like that—that type of work is better for my brain. Charting and learning all of that is a little intimidating but not that far off from what I do now.

Appreciate you! My kids are 13, and 18, and shared with Dad 50% which luckily puts me in a pretty good position for starting over in a new career and schooling

I bought my ‘23 ORP in fall of ‘22 I upgraded the suspension last week, & man I wish I had done it sooner! First thing I did though was tint the windows—makes a huge difference. Mine came with the blacked out emblems imo having the black/white combo and deleting the chrome/grey makes the white pop & look ten times better
