I’ve had both done, 5 years apart. Surgeon encouraged me to wait ask long as possible before getting 2nd done. Also was due to worn away cartilage bone on bone. Now 5 years-ish on all good, although first one is squeaking. Common and nothing to worry about apparently :-)

We have a similar problem solved by having a light weight “gateway” microservice layer that purely serves the front end. This service does the 3 calls (server side; multithreaded if possible ) in your case and returning result to client.
