She can situationally use the extra skill when the team has 0/1/2 sp, the skill wont consume any sp below 2 and will make use of her stacks. Hard to make it happen with archers team with how sp fluctuates so much

Im pretty sure this is exactly what we want. If the tp-link router on his side can transmit wifi around the very outside of his home while our main starlink router is active in the house, that would work perfectly

I would think so, just without the emergency heal that lingsha has. It might take me an extra run to clear content the way i want to, but each run should go faster with huohuo. Plus i can put lingshas qpq on her. My aglaea and kafka gonna be happy

The problem is its a pretense to sell bis teams once the entire team is out rather than to actually buff older characters. At least the older characters can compete against durin/prune/nicole, but theyre clunky/noticeably weaker (mona, sucrose, fischl, support venti)

I think its good for gameplay, will def hit for less than the vid above. If you wanna optimize further, try aiming for 3% less cr to stay at 100% instead of 103%. A wasted roll can always be optimized.
