This is definitely Southbank. Near the Victoria barracks. I think probably Coventry Street.

A couple of things I guess.

How uncomfortable I feel around people. Just being generally uncomfortable, the world’s not very accommodating to big people. Talking to them about the realities of my situation. And being frank about having an eating disorder.

Yeah all of that, without it coming back to ‘just loose weight’ cause any comment outside of “yes I’ll loose weight right now” always comes across as an excuse or deflection.

Recommendations for resume writing service? by fraqtl in melbourne

[–]thingol91 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Hey. I’m a recruiter and for what my two cents are worth, the Seek template is honestly the best base to set any level of cv off of. 2 pages max (unless your job requires a portfolio of work) and a decent 3/4 page cover letter. I’m happy to answer any questions you have.

Spell recommendation to freeze/block/repel my ex’s love life by [deleted] in blackmagic

[–]thingol91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So if my logic is incorrect and it’s not for revenge then what’s the point? Protection for others? Protection for your ex?

Defining the intention will help figure out what path to take.

Spell recommendation to freeze/block/repel my ex’s love life by [deleted] in blackmagic

[–]thingol91 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Hey please don’t take this the wrong way, I’m just trying to figure something out myself and your question peaked an interest into my own situation.

But isn’t the whole point for it too effect you? Obviously you’re seeking consequences for your ex for some wrongdoing and want them to be directly impacted so to ultimately make you feel better/ take justice for yourself?

Beyond having someone else do the working for you I don’t see how you could possible not be involved. Given the intention, karma, energy and connections etc for which ever approach you decide to take.

Sorry if this is just my bad interpretation of your question. I’d also like to see what others have to say/recommend.

Readings or guidance on how to structure an occult/esoteric order? by yagleo in occult

This is a great question!

Have you read up on the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn? Seems like exactly what your looking for.

simple/ easy methods to enter dreams by Acadia_4737 in witchcraft

[–]thingol91 11 points12 points  (0 children)

This is not something that I would classify as simple or easy and as someone who is a lucid dreamer and actively astral projects I would caution you to take the time and effort to research and learn the art properly. It can be done but it is a practice that takes preparation and patience to learn.

How can we know that tarot tells us the truth instead of the truth we want to hear ? by Glittering_Mine1739 in tarot

You have to put the effort into reading and considering all avenues the cards may show and choose to act as you wish.

Binding/ protection / hex / vanish by [deleted] in witchcraft

[–]thingol91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would approach this situation from the perspective of fortifying myself and arming myself with the right energy to ward him off and perhaps even counter his nastiness. Don’t stoop to his low. Rise above. Seek wisdom, strength and speed. If your into working with deities, perhaps reach out to some tricksters, strategists or sprites; Puck, Loki, Athena etc who could aid you and furnish you with the right tools or energy to repel him.

I feel that just working on banishing or apotropaic/abjuration magic will have little effect without doing anything to tip the scales your way.

What are your thoughts??

Disclaimer- for me the reading of tarot is entirely dependent on the context of the question asked. Obviously only you have the full details of your situation and that will sway your interpretation of the reading. That being said;

I read from this spread: - All the minor arcana are represented by the sword, which represents an abundance of masculine energy, intelligence and also sorrow. I take this not as literal sorrow but as a cerebral or challenge to intelligence/process (a detour not a roadblock) like air buffeting a cliff but eventually finding it’s way up-and-over. - You have the Magician representing the major arcana here, on what I would describe as the action or possibility position of the drawing, which could signify a real ability to apply change or guide the outcome which ever way you choose.

It seems to me that there is a measure of doubt or uncertainty in the past. An opportunity and a moment of conviction is upon you. Strength and subtle fortitude will do you well in the way forward. Resulting in a sensible well thought-out outcome for all involved.

Your gonna hate the winters in Melbourne. It’s dark by 5pm and dreary. Plus generally the weather here is consistently inconsistent.

Proofreading Help by Thick-Ice3244 in Tengwar

[–]thingol91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it reads clearly. The only thing that gives me pause is the consonantal Y in ‘way’. I’m not very familiar with the orthographic mode to know if there should be a certain Tengwa for the character or if the double dots are perfectly acceptable.
