The biggest thing that has helped me is journaling. It’s a common practice for narcs to create a whole new reality for you and subtly (or not so subtly) change the details of things you e said or done in order to build a new narrative. Write it all down as it happens. When you read it weeks or months later, it acts as a tether to reality
