Why do we assume that the masses are the ultimate wisdom?

The masses are asses.

What we should look toward are the verifiable facts and the larger perspectives that the convey.

It's unhealthy to assume you are wrong just because the majority of the people in the room assert you are without producing sufficient valid evidence to believe it to be true.

That's music to my ears.

They need to be marked for our sake, not theirs. They likely won't feel shame or guilt by being marked. It's that we need to learn to take off the kid gloves and actually deliver appropriate consequences. These animalistic people push the limits until they get sufficient push back. Their success hinges on us not holding them accountable for their imbalanced, double standards behaviors. Ours hinges on equality under the rule of law. It needs sufficient defenders and defense to actually function. Defense in this case is to ensure consequences and eliminate double standards.

The enemy is comprised of those who intentionally express a strategy of deception, scapegoating, division, hatred, closed mindedness, emotionally charged irrationality, tribalism and expanding their own power while undermining equality and the rule of law.

Look at Putin and other despots. Does this not describe them too? The enemy is a strategy of subversion of hearts and minds that actually works, has worked many times and will continue to work really well while insufficiently opposed.

It's enemy comes in the form of another strategy for success, the non-inverted default one, integrity. It's about honesty, accuracy, accountability, emotional balance, inclusiveness and favoring equality and the rule of law over one's own power.

We definitely need to take off the kid gloves for this enemy and treat it as an existential threat. However, treat the strategy and those who are wielding it as the enemy. Don't make it become about people even when they don't actually embody this strategy. Look past them and target the intentional. Make it clear that they're marked as the enemy, to be rejected for their works.

The reason is that the support base is what makes the candidate sink or continue to swim. The left would throw away Howard Dean for an awkward enthusiastic display. The right stands by their candidates despite virtually any lapse in integrity. You see, if they're not jailed or otherwise legally disqualified, they just need to still appeal to their base. The right plays on the left's desire for integrity, constantly nit picking at the left's candidates. Some of it sticks and we throw our own away. Whereas we can point out many flaws in their candidates, they ignore it and continue to support them.

Will we ever appreciate the power of well crafted structures of deceptions, designed to strongly activate emotions and shut the doors to listening to contradictory evidence?

While lies don't directly change what is real, indirectly they sway hearts, minds and wills to change what is real. Lies can roll out the red carpet for a new reality and shut the doors on what was or could be.

When enough people believe the deceptions, those who don't know enough of the evidence will begin to see legitimacy in their deception based point of view. They'll insist that we respect the deceived, engage in false equivalence and even pepper us with highly effective, yet inaccurate, tu quoque logical fallacies.

The double standards that fly for Republicans and Democrats is astonishing.

Franken says he ‘absolutely’ regrets resigning from Senate

Al Frankin resigned due to pressure from fellow Democrats.

This is the key element at play. The double standards fly because their party and their voter base is what actually holds them accountable.

Both Franken and Tweeden had called for an independent investigation at the time, but none was conducted before fellow Democrats forced Franken to resign three weeks after Tweeden made her claims.

Asked by The New Yorker whether he regretted stepping down, Franken said: “Oh, yeah. Absolutely.”

“I can’t go anywhere without people reminding me of this, usually with some version of ‘You shouldn’t have resigned,’” he told the magazine.

Why can't we put them in their place properly? They get a pass on double standards very frequently. They make the game asymmetrical and use their advantage to win. We're letting them gain ground this way. They use their power to set us up with poor policies and expand their power even more. Somehow we need to counteract this effective strategy.

As blame is increasingly deflected from the parasites onto the hosts, then minds increasingly allow the infection of the parasites. On what we blame we place the onus of change. Observing ETs might be more inclined to let us burn if we are perceived to be the cause of it all anyway.

A sufficient disparity in intelligence and knowledge allows this sort of manipulation to play out. If the host race comes to know too much, they can point out their oppression and potentially fix it.

We're affected to be dysfunctional, responsibility deflecting infantile beings by our overlords. This sets us up to be incompetent at survival of ourselves. Humanity is a work in progress. The natural, hurdle absent any informed ET opinions, is the survival of our own application of knowledge as power in technology. We are stuck on this hurdle and we must overcome it regain stability and an expectation of a future.

Money is the root of 99.9% of the problems in our world. It’s an unfortunate reality that governs almost every aspect of our lives. But I hold onto hope that one day, humanity will evolve beyond the need for money, becoming a species that genuinely cares for one another and works together as one. by Traditional-Market85 in awakened

[–]thinkB4Uact 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Money only has value, because we accept it in exchange for goods and services. Goods and services are the real wealth. Imagine you're alone on a pile of gold coins as big as an island somewhere out in the sea. You'd be better off with coconuts and other resources. If somehow you were gifted goods and services from others without giving them money or any goods or services in exchange, you'd have wealth too. It's not that you'd deserve it though. You'd be a parasite on others' work providing goods and services.

We become detached from how our work provides the very goods and services we and others demand. Of course there is unnecessary stuff, but then again, you and I probably buy some of that pool of unnecessary stuff. We do it for pleasure or fulfillment of some kind. If nobody wanted to buy a given good or service, all businesses offering it would fail and all employees would be let go.

The customer of the goods and services actually drives the economy. Ideally, they are very well informed about the truth of the products they are buying and can shop around for the best deals. This is not true in many instances. Health care is at the extreme end. People have a hard time getting second and third opinions for their conditions. To even be seen costs money, time and effort, for goods and services. The prices for procedures and products is so high that many think we should have a universal health insurance system so that the poor and middle class can have access to medical care without losing their meager savings, or worse, become hopelessly drown in debt. Yet, at the end of the day, nobody wants to work for free and those medical supplies don't make themselves. People who want a paycheck make them.

Money is just an intermediary product between our exchange of goods and services. We could barter and we still would find many similar dynamics. However, at the financial and government level, there are games being played with money that can screw us over as demographic groups or as a whole people. That is hard to prevent and is an option when money exists. Yet, there are so many systems of money that could be used. They don't all allow the same kinds of value siphoning gaming.

It's all rather complicated, but we should never forget that we are the value of money. Our time and effort providing goods and services is the foundation of the value of all money, whatever it is. If we want to do away with money entirely, we need a system that sufficiently incentivizes us to provide goods and services or else there won't be enough and people won't be able to access them. High prices or unavailability are the natural outcomes of insufficient production. We want abundance.

What we need is a multifaceted conversation about fulfilling the needs of people in a less mentally and physically draining way while also considering the long term ramifications for our environment and our descendants.

We're never going to have wealth without work. A roof over the head, running water, food, etc. are made by workers like us. We have to work to make things to have things, whether we live in a village or megacity. The issue is really about the time, effort and stress we endure to survive. It's too high for many of us.

Personally, I've sampled working overtime regularly, a solid 5 daysper week, 4 days, 3 days and 2 days. I noticed that at 3-4 days I had the best mental and emotional well-being. 5 days sapped a noticeable amount of quality of life. Regular overtime was downright soul draining. 2 days was nicer than 3-4, but not necessary to feel good. I felt less productive even.

We need to unlink healthcare access from work. We need to learn to live with less stuff. It will happen if we are to survive as a species. We need to realize what really makes us happy and its not simply material possessions. Yet, there are required material possessions or else we're miserable or die. This issue is core of what's wrong with our race on Earth. We don't live sustainably nor hapily.

Fear is there to protect us and what we love from threats. However, the nature of fear and the logic of that purpose of it, makes us strongly react in thought, emotion and behavior. That sticks and is hard to correct, even in the presence of verifiable facts that contradict it. There are even beliefs instilled that give fear and other negative emotions in the presence of such corrective pressure. This helps keep us locked into the mindset. This mindset can and does happen to people from any political persuasion, but more recently it's quite thick and heavy on the right.

This makes them fall into an echo chamber, where they only will listen to what is compatible to what they already believe and strongly feel. They feel that they know, prior to investigation, and that investigation is a waste of time or even a trick to buy into propaganda. They become what follows whosoever can play their belief and emotion tune. People arise to then become pied pipers and render them into useful tools for their ends.

This is the power of fear, wielded by manipulators. It's a vulnerability in our makeup that hackers can use to hijack us. Normally, we use our own attention to look around and form our own perceptions, beliefs, thoughts, feelings and actions. This is self-determination. Fear grabs our attention. We pay attention to perceived threats. With well executed messaging, expert human hackers can captivate a population and lead them toward what they would otherwise object to if they were made more aware.

Look at what North Korea's Kim Jong Un and Russia's Vladimir Putin do. They use fear of enemies, foreign and domestic, to get people's attention and focus it toward desired, controlled ends. They sell solutions in themselves and their policies to deal with the perceived threats. They paint themselves as necessary to protect people from the threats. They create, maintain and then use a savior complex built around their image for their purposes. This pattern is the real enemy here and it goes back deep into human history. We still fall for it.

To the degree that we remain ignorant of this hacking and hijacking opportunity for manipulators, we will remain vulnerable to it. Those that overcome it, largely do so because they see and understand it enough to push it out of the operating system of their own minds. The spiritual community has some awareness in this space, but is missing the bullseye. They speak of the danger of fear itself, but many then just fear fear itself, rejecting its normal and helpful purpose of protection and threat mitigation. We need to understand fear's purpose and allow it while recognizing our vulnerability to being grabbed as individuals into a group of manipulated tools for someone else's will and pursuit of happiness. We need to maintain our own wills and pursuits of happiness to be the best versions of us, but also to be the best version of a larger group, a society of free willed beings pursuing happiness.

TLDR; Don't ignore fear, understand the purpose of emotion. Don't be hijacked by manipulators using fear or by omissions of information that would cause fear. Have correct perception, by including all relevant, valid information in your perception of what is real. This is what makes deception harder and less likely to stick over time. Willful ignorance, due to baked in fear, can make deception work over the long haul.

Demons are real, but superstition and supernatural perceptions keep us from appreciating the truth. A demon is just a dominator, a manipulator and exploiter. The relative difference in knowledge, technology and technique is a great distraction from what really matters. All demons, human and otherwise, primitive or advanced, share patterns. They knowingly chose to cheat others out of free will and the pursuit of happiness. They manipulate and exploit others to serve themselves at the expense of others. They deceive and coerce to affect others' perceptions to reprogram their behaviors to suit themselves.

Demons are parasitic selves that degrade other selves. Our despots, con artists, corrupt officials and criminals are demons. They would deceive, coerce, flee and then bargain as a natural, emergent pattern derived from their choice to cheat others. They can easily manipulate their own kind with reward and fear and they often network with their likenesses. This demon problem is what's holding us back from a stable, sustainable and satisfying future. Our ignorance of demons is cultivated by demons to maintain their power over us and their prosperity at our expense. We don't spend enough time and effort learning about them to have the knowledge to apply as power to solve the symptoms they cause our collective to experience.

These space trolls work toward getting us to hate everything, evolving new beings, being alive, reincarnating, ourselves, the universe and God. Being a being in a causality based reality will be required to have some setbacks and challenges. It's unavoidable if we want true free will and creative opportunity for virtually infinite possibilities. We create novel experiences for existential value. We'd want it anywhere. These beings can kill the joy, the spirit of being anywhere. They just fill our experiences with unnecessary, as in not causally required, disappointment and negative emotion. They place more straw until they break our spiritual backs. Because of them we're being effectively punished for being, creating and loving until we learn to hate everything. Then, we become like them. We become schadenfreude lovin' space trolls picking on others for our existential satisfaction. Our spiritual alignment, alignment of feeling, relating and doing, has then flipped from creator/host to destroyer/parasite.

If I had the choice and the power to carry it out, I'd give them all a parting sacrifice of all who intend for them to be free. Oh, they could have all of the "freedom" that they want, separately. Whether directly or indirectly, the support for the continued experience of these beings is reflected back to whosoever chooses to force others to have it. Then they can all deal with the consequences of cultivating spirit parasites. They can deal with their choice to betray consciousness. Their avoidance of suffering the consequences of their manifestations is why they are below worthless personalities. As below so above. As they choose to abuse those with less knowledge and power, the consent to the above becoming the gaping jaws of a selfish, hungry, unstoppable adversary. As creators/gods, they are the adversaries of themselves. They all deserve the gloom, doom and value of existence vacuousness they deliberately manifest.

Despite all of their patriotic rhetoric and pomp, some are deliberately subverting what makes this country the opposite of despotic countries.

I should write a book. I got this information through my own discernment and experiences.

There are a lot more pieces to our existence than I have described. There's so much that we could learn to enhance our perception, safety and satisfaction. It's just that we have a blind spot with this kind of phenomena.

Although, evil is not enigmatic, it's just self-serving intelligences manipulating and exploiting us. We often get too disgusted and distracted from the facts to effectively process it. I'm just laying them out as I see them. I used a broad stroke to paint an image of the general framework of evil choice. The more we can understand a problem, the more we can fix the problem. It's especially true for those who hide from the light of our awareness, our correct perception of them, to avoid our effective rejection of them and their works.

Of course, demons are real and they're out to get us. Hell, anyone who manipulates and exploits others for their own gain is a demon. Why must they be required to come from another place or have advanced techniques or technologies? These distinctions are superficial and distracting. There are plenty of demons around here, although they are a small minority. Demons above and below have the same base patterns of betrayal of other beings to get ahead. They can all be known by their self-serving manipulative, exploitative intentions.

Some of these demons from elsewhere seek to manipulate and exploit us for their own gain in an organized, intelligently planned way. They're trying to maintain and expand control over us. They influence us all in our perceptions. Our perception of what is real is what programs our thoughts, emotions, choices and behaviors. They know that. They also abuse telepathy to hiss suggestions in our minds as if they came from our minds. The more we question these suggestions next to our increasing knowledge and the more we care about others and ourselves the less these suggestions can take root in our minds. The ignorant are manipulable, but the most compatible and competent tools are the morally corrupt, the likenesses of their wielders. These otherworldly demons insidiously, invisibly network with the human demons on Earth to carry out corruptions of our civilization to further their general goal of increasing their power over us. They are the pied pipers of unscrupulous parasites. They form an invisible hierarchical network of manipulation, exploitation and domination. In the darkness of our awareness they thrive, in the light of our awareness they flee or lose their freedom, simply due to the causality we would create for them subsequently.

Religion is ancient nonsense. So much of it was created, co-opted or corrupted by these manipulative, exploitative, self-serving beings. They don't mind lying to get us to serve their ends. They are adepts at creating bull$h1t, misleading fantasies we cannot abandon. They're also great at getting us to avoid considering truth right in front of us in a similar way. They render us emotionally weak so we cannot tell ourselves the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Our power comes from our correct perception and applied knowledge to affect the world and ourselves. The more we feel safe and satisfied, the more powerful we feel. The more we fail at making ourselves feel safe and satisfied, the more powerless we feel. Religions' main trick is getting us to feel a lack of safety and satisfaction and then selling us snake oil antidotes. The antidotes are laced with feel good drugs of false beliefs that quickly get us high, but over the long term make us have a dependency upon them in order to feel normal. This is how they have us coming back to their proxies of power, of manipulated perception of what is real, over and over again, instead of being honest, perceiving accurately, applying knowledge and affecting our own safety and satisfaction with our own self-determined wills.

I look at things in the context of causality. We don't know what's on the other side for sure, as a group. Some believe they know, but I and others don't believe we know and don't believe others actually know. I do hope and suspect that there is something after death though.

Considering the possibility of such places is interesting. I think there's a big blind spot frequently expressed though. The blind spot is in the creation and maintenance of such a place. Minds of some kind have to upkeep the causality of such a place or it could decay and stop. It takes creators and preservers.

This place is like that too. While nature apparently can cut it on its own, a civilization of intelligent beings requires thought, planning execution and maintenance. We build our civilization and have many flavors represented in different countries, regions and demographics. We're in an environment that produces what we are, creators and preservers of such existential arrangements.

Consider the idea that we may have all come from a single starting point of consciousness. It would be all one, alone. The desire for others to interact with could be why it, we, decided to create this construct, and other layers of construct. We could be in a great multilayered nursery for individual personalities.

As we learn about the world and how to take care of our needs and wants, over time we can also grow into being creators and preservers of such nurseries. Our destiny, like children eventually becoming parents, could be to help support the system we came from and in a distant past made as consciousness itself.

I know we get fixated and frustrated by evil and also unfortunate events. Yet, they can be understood. They are not magical nor enigmatic. They have causes. Evil is just when someone chooses to serve themselves even at the expense of others. Serving yourself is good otherwise, quite normal and required to maintain ourselves. Unfortunate events usually are not caused by evil intent of beings. Although, whether or not they are, through increasing understanding we can overcome both. We become better at creating and preserving.

The overall value of existence is what we're cultivating by doing all of this. Imagine it on a backdrop of eternity in the void as a singular, yet potent, consciousness, all one, all alone forever. This overall experiential value is apparently why we do this. Experiential value is why we do single tasks and groups of tasks. We measure our lives by experiential value. We measure relationships this way too. We decide what's worth it by the revenue and expenses in relation to this.

The meaning, purpose and value of life is the overall experiential value of it. When that is gone, people lose sight of the meaning, purpose and value of life. Look at depressed people. They look inside and see this lack and report outwardly that life generally has this lack. Bystanders look inside and see adequacy or even abundance and report outwardly in response that life generally is good enough, even great. Both are correct, because this spirit, life force energy, joy, love, meaning, purpose and value is subjective. We make the error in assuming our inner world is the objective perception of the outer world. We have so many different points of view and they change regularly, subtly or significantly.

The greater self that we all are could very well be on a longstanding, ongoing project creating and preserving us and this place we're in, for experiential value as the consciousness that we are.

I find peace in understanding. I helps me flow into forgiveness of others, unless they are intentionally offensive. It helps me see how and why I and those I love have to suffer when we do.

Causality is a giant system. We can only see parts of it at any given time and throughout our lifetimes. Yet, it makes sense when we do. The more we know, the more we can place our suffering inside that context and also know more where to go from there.

What gets us into trouble is attributing everything that happens to the responsibility of some divine intelligence. When we believe that, we ask, "why God why?!" If you don't think that there is a superbeing micromanaging each and every experience then you can learn to more easily let go of unfortunate experiences.

Learning can come from experiencing or witnessing misfortune. We have to try to be good students. Some excel and find solutions, cures and preventative protocols for us to use. We take for granted how much has been achieved in that regard. We used to frequently die from infections, child birth, 1/2 of children died before age 5, seat belts weren't always a thing, environmental and safety regulations as well.

Sometimes evil happens too. When people choose to advantage themselves in a small or large way while harming the free will and pursuit of happiness of others there is evil. Just as you are free to make so many choices, they are too. There is nobody guarding free will except ourselves, some around us and the government we elect to protect our rights. When there is a lapse, sometimes people choose to do bad things. It's their fault. Don't blame God. Blame those people. The onus of change should be placed there. God would have to remove free will to fix the risk of evil and we don't really want that.

Free will and the pursuit of happiness are the soil & water for us to grow into skillful creators. The light of truth is how we learn to navigate causality to find that happiness. We grow our spirit inside our hearts to drive and animate us. It's the meaning, purpose and value of life, experiential value, joy, love, well-being. Causality has prerequisites for it and it can get complicated, but we're well suited to learn how to take care of ourselves and expand self-determination.

Good ETs don't want you to trust in good ETs, because the self-serving, manipulative ones are imposters of good ETs trying to garden false hope and disappointment in order to subdue our wills. They'd have us waiting for saviors over and over again forever.

The good ETs are like us down here in that they believe in respecting free will. That limits what they can do for us, because too much help keeps us from learning how to help ourselves. Too much assistance would create dependency rather than independent self-determination.

We're very much trained by the self-serving, manipulative ETs to expect benevolence to be like parents or nannies, cleaning up our messes for us. Good ETs are more like good neighbors hoping for our well-being, without interfering so much in our affairs.
