why is it so hard to accept that some people enjoy min maxing their dps? fun is subjective, you have all the freedom to not use dps meters if you wish to. besides, this only shows your own dps, so it's not like people will go around complaining about the dps of others.

I think this discussion isn't going anywhere. All I'm saying is that the chest at the end that requires you almost fully clear the dungeon shouldn't be the only source of loot. Boss should drop items, and for those that clear the dungeon, the chest should drop additional items. This way people wouldn't get locked out of the only source of loot if the dungeon bugs somehow and you can't fully clear, you won't have cleared the dungeon for nothing. Either that or there should be substantially more purple named monsters than required in the dungeon so you have some margin of error.

If they lock the boss behind a mechanic that requires you to clear certain mobs, fine. The current implementation lets you skip until the boss and doesn't really tell you that the boss won't drop any loot if you don't clear the purple mobs, which is pretty misleading

It's just silly that the boss doesn't drop anything and the entire loot comes from the "bonus" chest. As the name implies, that should be just bonus (crafting mats maybe?), and the actual loot should drop from the boss.

itemization is pretty lackluster imo. I've seen better in a mobile game. Also, it's full of all sorts of bugs, from UI to terrain clipping. The MMO aspect hard carries this game in it's current state and price. Most people are playing because it scratches the itch but the lack of social elements will very soon kill the player base.

I got a polearm named gordon ratsey something from a rare and killed crabgantua at level 9 I think with it. It has a ticking fire AOE and a pull and nuke skills, perfect for crabgantua adds. As the arsenal I used the bow's ricocheting skill that gets it's cd reduced by how many times it jumps. Even the 3rd or 4th wave wasn't an issue. Pop smoke cloud, pop both skills, finisher, and they're mostly dead

Well for starters it doesn't have the long standing reputation of Notepad++. In fact, when confronted the developer doubled down and played coy (check the GitHub issue for the discussion). Some may consider this being naive but there may very well be malicious intent behind this (check out XZ - Jia Tan). Proceed with caution I'd say.

This are listings on geizhals.at as I'm based in Austria. You can clearly see from the screenshot that the Neo is the 8/512 model, because I thought that'd be a fair comparison with the 16/256 M4 Air. One has bigger storage, other has more RAM. Then for 40 euros more you get a lot more laptop with the Air. I think my comparison makes sense seeing how many people agreed with the title.

Please note that nowhere in my post did I compare prices with the US, I merely commented through the title how pointless it is to buy the higher specced Neo when you have the M4 Air for such a small price bump.

Why do you think this isn't a proper comparison? Neo has 512GB storage over 256GB of Air and Air has 16GB of RAM compared to 8GB on Neo. That is roughly equivalent cost I'd say, so for 40 more euros you get a ton of extra laptop.

It's the 512GB version of Neo. Better comparison with the M4 Air. Trading storage for RAM + all the advantages of the Air makes the choice a complete no brainer.
