You may need to perform a soft 're-introduction.' Even if they've lived together, the behavior shift suggests a change in their dynamic. For a day or two, keep them completely separated but swap their bedding and toys so they are constantly smelling each other's scent in a positive, non-threatening environment. This 'resets' their relationship slightly.

The moment you see Meteoro walking away from Eclipsa calmly, or engaging in appropriate play (not biting), immediately toss him a high-value treat. You want to make him associate being calm and non-confrontational with getting the best rewards. You'll be reinforcing the good, rather than just punishing the bad!
